I met Tsui Yee at a Church Meeting a few months after Trump was elected in Office.

There was a panel of 3-4 people and she was the most knowledgeable and very thorough about the immigration questions being asked.

I spoke with her after the meeting, we exchanged numbers and I called to make an appointment.

She told me to bring in all the necessary documentation which I did and a file was created for me. Even if my case wasn’t going to start processing in November when my daughter turned 21.  In November I was contacted and all forms were completed and everything was put in place to be mailed out on the date my daughter turned 21.

All my correspondences were done via email text or over the phone! I only had one visit to her office, which was so important for me cause my job does not give me so much flexibility.

Tsui Yee is thorough, professional,  helpful and well organized! She seeks her clients interest and keep them informed and up to date.

Her price is reasonable and she allows a payment plan which makes it even easier on the clients so you don’t have to worry about coming up with a large sum of money initially.

I am very pleased with the professionalism provided by Tsui Yee and her staff.

I highly recommend her service and should I need immigration help in the future I’ll be using her service.

Today, about 10 months after the process started I Am A Permanent Resident of the United States Of America!

- Muriel

Like all immigrants, we follow recommendations of friends, one suggested to me a lawyer. So I called the local community lawyer. It was a frustrating year because the attorney would always reassure me that my case of was being processed, and I trusted her, and that I should be patient but the months passed by. Then she would call me in for a meeting to review my papers then expect me to pay more money. It turns out she did not perform any services on my behalf and my situation got worse.  I received correspondence from Immigration with news that my documents were not filed in time and the information was incorrect. My confidence in the attorney was shattered. I was vulnerable, anxious and so worried. What was I paying for, the attorney did nothing. She had empty words and no actions.

I had to move quickly to clear my position. I was recommended to a new lawyer, Tsui Yee. Now a little wiser, I looked her up online and saw she had a good reputation, and rated as a “SUPER LAWYER 2016-2018”. At our first consultation Tsui Yee asked me many particular questions about my case and she took notes on every single detail of my answers. She also made it clear in that meeting about all the fees and charges involved so there would be no surprises later. I had a feeling that I could trust her, she was objective and seemed intuitive.  She had laid out all the information step by step, explained and pointed out exactly what I needed to do. When I emailed her she would get back to me immediately with clear, short answers. I felt relieved. I followed her advice, and she filed the necessary documents.

I was called in by Immigration for the biometrics and waited patiently.  I was in good hands. To my great joy, I received my Green card in the mail.
I’m so thrilled and thankful to Tsui Yee and her staff for their care and integrity towards me.  I like that she has a personal mission to help as many immigrants as possible with their situations. I am very thrilled and satisfied with my results, as you can imagine, I know you will be too, what are you waiting for, give her a call right away!!

My name is Krios Song, I was originally from Beijing and work as an independent producer in NYC after I graduate from film school. And in order to keep working here, I have to obtain an O1 visa. Finding a reliable immigration attorney is always one of the most critical factors in this demanding process. Luckily, I was able to meet with Tsui a few months ago. After our first meeting, I immediately decide to work with her on my visa case.  Tsui obviously has her client's best interest in mind, the role of an immigration attorney is not only a job for her but also a calling because she loves helping immigrants pursuing their America Dreams. So she takes every case seriously and fights for her clients as her friends. She takes very reasonable fees. She is very experienced with O1 visa and provided many helpful guidance to me on how to gather my materials and build a stronger and more convincing case.  After months of hard work, We will able to file our case in September and the case was approved right away. Tsui always operates with the highest level of integrity, skill, and compassion.  If you're looking for an immigration attorney, I wholeheartedly couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Attorney Tsui Yee does have the knowledge, legal expertise, and charisma of a great lawyer, but beside that, I would recognize her for devotion, care and compassion that you only see in a great friend.

Tsui just helped me with an O-1 visa. My endeavor of switching status from F-1 to O-1 was off to a rocky start since right after our first consultation meeting, EO 13769 ― the travel ban ― was issued and my country of citizenship was on the list. During a period that no one had a clear idea as what the implications were and how people like me would be affected by the order, Tsui reassuringly told me “we are going to fight as hard as we can.” Over the course of the next couple of months she made me feel empowered and encouraged, guided me and helped me reinforce my case in a way that my visa was granted shortly after submission.

She started with emphatic understanding of me, as a person, not merely as a case (my life circumstances, achievements, my goals, etc.) then she tailored a personal narrative for my O-1 application and helped me bring the evidences and paperworks together. If anyone involved in the case on my end, (like my agent, my clients or those who wrote recommendation letters on my behalf) had any questions, she would personally get in touch with them to clarify the issue, providing detailed legal references, along with layman’s language. She was succinct, persuasive, and made the effort for them to understand fully the scope of their involvement and do their part wholeheartedly. She was always ready for strategic tweaks. Once that I had to replace an entity in my application, she generously redid some works she had already done. All and all, I never felt anything short of full understanding, support and adequacy in representation.

In our current political atmosphere that even legal immigrants like me are likely to face a share of distress and disarray, in attorneys like Tsui Yee we shall trust.

“Tsui had assisted my aunt and uncle previously and when I was in need of someone capable enough to be trusted and guide me through this process, my cousin recommended Tsui based on her positive experience working with Tsui on her parents case. Once she recommended, I knew Tsui has to be the right person, since I have seen what she accomplished with helping my aunt and uncle.

Therefore, I scheduled a consultation appointment with her. Meeting her made me confident in the choice that I made. Especially how she also enjoys Harry Potter novels and showed me its connection to the real life politics.

Throughout this entire process, Tsui and Yasmin have been very kind and amazing to me. They answered any questions that I had and were very patient with me. Tsui and Yasmin were always there and responded to my concerns right away. Every month I’d visit and they would always treat me well and clarify any questions that I had.  They always kept me updated with each step of the process.”
